Leadership Out Of Control
When leadership gets out of control employees will take revenge.
This happened at a SONIC fast food shop. All employees at Cercleville, Ohio, quit their jobs. They walked out as a team and left a note at the entrance of that shop making sure that customers and the world can see it. The words you can read reflect their upset and anger.
Using people will ruin any business. Not caring for those who do the work will always backfire.
Leadership is about listening, understand and empowering each person in what they can do best. To lift them on a higher level and reach companies goals as a team. That’s it!!!
